Overconsumption creates a cycle of “inventory saturation” where we own far more than we can actually use. This leads to a cluttered environment, financial stress, and constant anxiety over the things we own. The challenge was to design a digital coaching interface that shifts the focus from acquisition to utilization, making sustainability feel like a rewarding game rather than a chore.
